Participation Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can book and pay for participation in the Triple Integrity Academy; individual services during the Academy; individual services in the Triple Integrity office, or on your territory; remote services. Depending on service type and the method of its provision, you will likely need to make payment for the booking and/or advance payment of the cost of services. Booking and payment process, as well as booking cancellation is described in details in the relevant section.
Payment for the services provided is non-refundable. Return or partial refund of payment subject to agreement of the parties is most often made by bank transfer within 10 banking days after the written agreement by the parties.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse to train or provide services without explanation. In this case, we will refund the full advance payment received so far.
